Yoga, meditation, guided journaling, and personal coaching activities with Dr. Ballard-Reisch to help you release the past and tell yourself a new story about your future.
A few weeks ago, the future felt like an empty abyss for me.
Trapped in resentment over pandemic losses — and grappling with getting older — I felt like the best years of my life were over.
My coach, Dr. Deborah Ballard-Reisch, developed a workshop to help me release the past and embrace the future. She led me through meditation, discussion, mind-body techniques, and journaling, and I quickly figured out how to stop “hugging the cactus” — clinging to my pain — and tell myself a different story about my future.
Weeks later, I’m engaged and enjoying my life again! I am creating a juicy, purposeful life that I intend to enjoy for many years to come.
I wanted to share this transformation with others. That’s why I’m bringing Deborah for a camp retreat weekend. I want you to have the same opportunity to release pain, grief, and anxiety and figure out how to reshape your feelings about your future.
Let’s dig deep together and return to joy!
